00:00:34

Jack

We are going to share.

00:00:37

Jack

Our favorite seasons. So Leila, what is your favorite season?

00:00:45

Layla

My favorite season is winter because as you know, here in my country the most season any year are very kind.

00:01:00

Layla

And and the hot soup in winter. We have very cold weather. You can go outside for a picnic in, in a park with your family. You can enjoy the weather very well because the temperature usually is just 1814. So especially in the afternoon.

00:01:22

Layla

So people really, really enjoy being outside in, in, in winter and then also usually it’s sunny, rainy. We have the rain. So winter and our country is like.

00:01:37

Layla

The uh shipping, or maybe autumn in the other country for other countries. So I think it’s season is winter.

00:01:47

Jack

1816 that’s like beautiful weather. That’s perfect for a little like a light jacket, but you don’t have to wear, you know, winter jacket. What about in the night time? How cold does it get at night when the the sun goes down?

00:02:02

Layla

Uh at night. Sometimes it reach the 8 degrees 10 degrees, rainy at reach to for example.

00:02:14

Layla

5-3 degrees Celsius, so it’s not usually very, very cold, but absolutely cooler than the daytime. Yeah, usually it might be.

00:02:27

Jack

Right. I would say 3.

00:02:29

Layla

Yeah, go ahead, Jeff.

00:02:30

Jack

Well, three and five is pretty chilly. That’s. That’s chilly, you know? That’s that’s that’s cool. Yeah.

00:02:35

Layla

Yeah. Yeah. So usually at night, you will wear winter coat, but you can you can feel the very different gap between the weather and in the daytime and night time. It’s very different.

00:02:53

Layla

Alright, well.

00:02:56

Jack

Thanks for sharing Layla. Awesome. So Leila likes the winter. Although winter in Saudi Arabia is like fall in other countries.

00:03:05

Layla

Exactly, yes.

00:03:06

Jack

Hendrick, what about you? What is?

00:03:08

Jack

Your favorite season and why?

00:03:14

Hendrick

OK, so I think my favorite season is summer. Yeah, because I like to do everything without, you know, like cold or without rain. I like to, you know, like go everywhere.

00:03:29

Hendrick

Here without, you know, like afraid that it’s gonna be rain or something like that. So I think summer is the good season for me. Like you can do a lot of activities outdoor but sometimes when it turns like the weather turns to but to really hard sometimes it’s quite difficult for you to.

00:03:49

Hendrick

Do you like superior type? But I think summer is the good one.

00:03:55

Jack

What’s one of your active favorite activities to?

00:03:58

Jack

Do in the summer.

00:04:00

Hendrick

I think just go out and then read a book under the tree. That’s a good thing. I like to do that, you know, like, enjoy everything outside the nature.

00:04:13

발표자

Yeah, we, we.

00:04:13

Hendrick

Didn’t wait books, and actually I also surprised when Laila maintain that they also have winter in Saudi Arabia area. That’s great.

00:04:23

Jack

I think it’s kind of funny because I know that Hendrick in the in the winter or the rainy season, you like to read a book inside your your room and then in the summer you just like to read a book, but you go outside and read it.

00:04:37

Hendrick

Yeah, that’s nice. OK, yeah. And also I think in the rainy season, that’s also good. I really like, you know, the sound of rain that’s really amazing, especially when you, you know, like just see near your window and then, you know, like looking outside and then or maybe just.

00:04:58

Hendrick

Read the book and enjoy the reading of the sound.

00:05:01

Hendrick

The rain. That’s nice.

00:05:05

Jack

Yeah, that is nice. There’s nothing, nothing like reading a book on a on a rainy day. Yeah, for sure. Alright. So we’ve got winter covered and we’ve got summer covered. May what is your favorite summer and your name is in spring? May is is spring time so.

00:05:23

발표자

I think.

00:05:24

Jack

I’m not.

00:05:28

May

I probably.

00:05:30

May

As you know, in Malaysia the weather is.

00:05:33

May

Rain and hot. So I would like to experience how the like.

00:05:42

May

So I want to feel the snow.

00:05:46

May

How cool it is.

00:05:48

May

So I would prefer to experience.

00:05:52

May

Or mid winter season maybe. Maybe. I mean.

00:05:59

May

For once at least I want.

00:06:00

Jack

Right.

00:06:01

May

To know how it feels.

00:06:02

Jack

You want to make a snowman you want to.

00:06:04

Jack

Make a snow.

00:06:05

Jack

Angel, you want to just experience those?

00:06:05

May

Yeah. Because when people when people mentioning about.

00:06:09

May

No, I don’t. I I’m clueless.

00:06:13

Jack

Have you ever? Have you ever just?

00:06:14

May

That is bad.

00:06:16

Jack

Had a glass of ice water.

00:06:18

Jack

Just it’s just ice.

00:06:20

May

No, Jack, that’s not the same. I want the real snow from the sky. Maybe I can slap them, slap them on the floor. I can pick it up. Maybe you can touch them. The real snow, not ice cube in the glass. That’s not.

00:06:37

Jack

It’s it is beautiful, I admit. You know, it is. There’s something wonderful about the feeling of the snow falling and.

00:06:45

Jack

It’s just kind of like.

00:06:47

Jack

Hendrick is talking about reading a book on a rainy day. It’s nice to sit by a fireplace on a winter snowy winter day. It’s really nice.

00:06:56

Jack

Yeah, I know, I mean.

00:06:58

May

I know many, many people don’t like it because for them it’s too cold and too troublesome. They cannot go out, they cannot do their daily routine as usual. I have not feel.

00:07:10

May

So all that maybe?

00:07:13

May

It is enough for me to experience it only for one day.

00:07:17

Jack

Right. I was gonna say, may I give you one day and then you say please take me back to Malaysia.

00:07:24

Jack

This is not for me. Yeah, one day and you’ll be like, that’s enough. I’m from Minnesota. I know winter.

00:07:24

May

No more.

00:07:32

May

Yeah, well, I know that many people said said that actually.

00:07:32

Jack

Rough, yeah.

00:07:39

Jack

All right, well, so we’ve got, Leila says Winter May says. Winter. Hendrix says summer, you guys know my answer already because you know that I love Halloween. And so my favorite season is autumn. Yeah, the fall. I love it. I love it. The the air starts to get cool and crisp.

00:07:58

Jack

It kind of. It’s like a like a a winter in Saudi Arabia. It’s that same kind of, you know, 1412 degrees Celsius.

00:08:07

Jack

10 degrees Celsius. You can wear a jacket, but it’s not winter. The leaves start changing colors and it’s beautiful. Winter is around the corner. The holiday season, Thanksgiving, Christmas. So all of those reasons I I really love fall. And so that’s my favorite.

00:08:28

Jack

I love the smell of fall. I don’t know. It has a smell. Yeah.

00:08:33

May

Sounds interesting. And you mentioned when you mentioned about the smell.
